Barrier Construction

As the leading innovators in shrink wrap applications we introduce the Quick R Wall which provides a continuous free standing aggregate filled barrier that measures 48" tall x 25" wide which serves as a base for earthen shoring and sandbags. Additional sand bags are added to the top of this base to reach desired heights and are then covered with our shrink wrap material. By tieing the sand bags into the Quick R Wall base we achieve a seamless waterproof barrier that extends from ground level its highest point, and produce a finished product that is clean looking and pleasing to the eye. 

The width of the completed wall once shoring dirt is in place is 6 to 7 feet at ground level and 36" from the top of the base up providing a very stable and durable structure. Shoring dirt is covered with poly sheeting and anchored along the top and bottem edges with sand bags to ensure sheeting stays in place.

Shrink Wrapping

If you plan on using pre-manufactured barriers or individual sand bags we recommend you consider using our shrinkwrap sheeting product as a means of waterproofing and protecting the entire wall. This approach will also seamlessly tie all the individual sections together rather than relying on conventional poly sheeting which is not UV inhibitive. These barriers are not 100% waterproof and need additional covering if you want a waterproof finished product that will hold up for long periods of time.

The shrink wrap sheeting product we use shrinks around covered items and bonds to itself which provides a covering that not only adds strength but provides the waterproofing and UV resistance necessary to insure long term durability.

As a free standing structure or compliment to existing barriers the Quick R Wall is the ultimate low cost solution to protecting your property.

If you need to add several feet of height to your existing wall quickly this product can be combined with your sand bags to fill this need.

FACT - Sandbags are not UV inhibitive and will degrade over time losing their effectiveness. Our product will not degrade as it contains UV inhibitors which prevent this process from happening.

To complete a wall 400' long will take 1 to 2 days once all materials are on site.

Question - Why should I use this product vs. sand bags or earthen levees?

Answer - Our system provides a completely waterproof barrier that is impervious to UV unlike earthen dams or sand bags. The total cost of the Quick R Wall is also a fraction of these conventional means.
